FREQUENTLY ASKED PARTY QUESTIONS
Can we add more children to our party?
Yes, you may add additional children for $5.00 each.
Can we bring our own decorations?
You are permitted to bring table decorations. Decorations such as balloon arches, ceiling hangings, or confetti are not allowed. Additionally, decorations may not be taped to the walls. If you are interested in a balloon set-up, we offer an add on to your party package.
Can we customize the balloon set-up that we add on?
No, unfortunately we do not allow for customizations for the balloon decor. Once we are provided the theme we will send you the finalized look of the decor. At that point, you may choose to add the decor to your package. Please note that for last minute bookings, balloon decor may not be available. The decor add-on is subject to availability.
Can we extend the party time?
Yes, additional time can be added for a fee. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and pricing.
How early can we arrive to set up?
You may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up any personal items. Our team will have the room prepared for you.
Do I have to clean up?
No, our staff will handle all clean-up after the party so you can enjoy the event without stress.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are required for all adults present. Socks are also available for purchase during your event.
Can I bring in food?
Yes, the following are foods that can be brought into our location: Pizza, chicken tender platter, charcuterie platter (please no grapes), goldfish, non-alcoholic beverages, cake and/or cupcakes, and cookies.
Can I bring in beer and/or wine?
No, absolutely no alcoholic beverages are permitted in our facility.
Is there an age limit?
For the safety of all participants, we kindly ask that all children attending the party who are aged 7 years and older refrain from using the play area equipment. Our play equipment is specifically designed for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years, and children above this age limit will not be permitted on the equipment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for our younger guests.
How can I reserve a party?
To reserve your event, please contact us by phone or by email.
Is a deposit required?
To reserve your desired date and time for a birthday party, a non-refundable deposit of $175 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied to the total cost of the party. Until the deposit is received, your party date and time are not confirmed.
Are there specific days and times for parties?
Yes, parties may be booked for Saturday or Sunday during two different slots. The time slots available are 1pm-3pm or 4pm-6pm. Additional time may be added in 30-minute increments for a fee, however this may only be added to the 4pm time slot.
Can we choose the theme for the Mini Fiesta package?
We do have a list of themes that you may choose from. If you don’t see the theme you are interested in on our list, please reach out to us.
Is the venue exclusive to our party, or will other events be taking place simultaneously?
When you book a party with us you are renting the facility for your own private event.
